Renting a bike doesn't mean leaving vehicle care to chance. A little attention goes a long way β€” and it saves you from damage claims at the end of your rental.

Before You Ride β€” Quick Inspection Checklist

  • Tyre pressure β€” use the gauge at any petrol pump (usually free).
  • Engine oil level β€” check the sight glass on the right side of the engine.
  • Brakes β€” squeeze both levers and feel for a firm response.
  • Lights & Indicators β€” test all four indicators, headlight hi/lo, and brake light.
  • Fuel level β€” never start a long ride without a full tank.

During the Ride

Don't push the bike beyond its intended limits. Short-shift gears rather than riding in the red zone. Avoid rough, unpaved roads unless you have a specifically suited bike. Keep the throttle smooth β€” hard acceleration causes unnecessary engine wear.

After Your Ride

Park in shaded areas where possible. Avoid leaving the bike in direct sun for extended periods, as it degrades fuel and affects the battery. Clean off mud or insects from your visor before parking.

Reporting Issues

If you notice an unusual sound, vibration, or warning light β€” stop riding and contact your Rhydho vendor immediately. Riding a damaged bike can make you liable for compounded damage costs.
