2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driving license to rent or list a vehicle on our platform. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Vehicle Rental & Usage
Renters must follow all local traffic laws and regulations. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received. Misuse of the vehicle may result in additional charges and suspension of your account.
5. Payments & Cancellations
All payments are processed through our secure payment gateway. Cancellation policies vary by vehicle and will be displayed during the booking process.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rhydho is a marketplace and is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or the rental of vehicles.
